Whats the role

Youll lead the Licensee Governance function shaping its strategy and creating a clear path for delivery risk management and continuous improvement. Youll guide a capable team strengthen oversight of licensees and advisers support better financial outcomes for our members and investors and bring trusted industry and regulatory insight to important decisions. Using data systems and AI enabled insights youll help develop risk and industry intelligence identify emerging trends improve governance and protect members and investors. This is a full-time role based in Sydney / Warrane Gadigal Country with flexible working arrangements and a minimum of two days in the office each week.

What do I need

Deep experience leading licensee governance wealth risk compliance or related functions

Strong knowledge of the wealth industry and relevant regulatory expectations

Proven ability to lead and develop teams while creating clear priorities and accountability

Confidence engaging with senior leaders Boards committees regulators and industry participants

Demonstrated experience leveraging AI using tools data and systems thinking to develop risk intelligence and insight strengthening decision making and improving ways of working
