Head of Group Strategy & Portfolio

About the role
As a senior leaderyoulllead and develop a highperforming strategy team manage thefunctionsbudget and drive continuous improvement in how strategy and portfolio management are done across HBF.

Youllalsolead how strategy is shapedprioritised and managed across HBF bringing clarity and discipline to our strategic planning and portfolio decisions. As the custodian of our strategic frameworkyoullwork closely with the Executive and Board to develop and refresh the Group Strategic Plan Group Business Plan and OKRs.

Youllguide the annual planning process define how initiatives areprioritisedand sequenced and provide enterpriselevel oversight of the strategic portfoliotracking progress valuerealisation and alignment to ourlong-termgoals.Youllalso keep a close eye on market and competitor insights to help inform future direction.

About you
Yourea seasoned strategy leader with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to think big while staying grounded in execution.Youvespent time in senior corporate or consulting environments whereyouvehelpedorganisationsdefine strategy navigate complexity and make smart portfolio choices.

Yourecomfortable working at executive and board level using strong analytical thinking clear storytelling and sound judgement to influence decisions. You know how to balance longterm ambition with practicaltradeoffs and you bring a disciplined bestpractice approach to strategic planning and portfolio management.

With experience leading teams and drivingorganisationwide initiatives you enjoy bringing people togetherwitha shared direction.Yourecurious commercially astute and motivated by continuous improvementalways looking for better ways to create value.You alsobring:

• Severalyears experiencein senior corporate orconsultingbasedstrategy roles

• Experience in project or portfolio management and delivering complex initiatives

• Strong analytical financial and strategic thinking capability

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillswith the ability to tailor your messaging to your audience
