Reporting to the Head of Claims youll shape how Guild identifies detects and prevents fraud through a modern intelligence-led approach powered by data analytics and technology.

About You

This isnt a traditional fraud investigations leadership role.

Were looking for someone who understands how data analytics and intelligence can be leveraged to identify fraud earlier improve decision-making and drive better outcomes.

You may come from insurance banking financial crime intelligence or a related field. Most importantly youll enjoy building capability influencing stakeholders and turning insights into action.

Youll bring:

• Experience in fraud fraud intelligence fraud analytics financial crime or a related discipline
• Exposure to fraud detection models analytics tools or intelligence-led fraud programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• A commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving
• A builders mindset and a desire to create something from the ground up

What Youll Be Doing

• Build Guilds fraud and intelligence capability from the ground up
• Develop intelligence-led approaches to fraud detection and prevention
• Partner with Claims Underwriting Data & Analytics and Technology teams to improve fraud outcomes
• Leverage data analytics and emerging technologies to identify fraud risks earlier
• Build relationships with industry and external investigation partners
• Influence stakeholders and help shape Guilds future approach to fraud risk
