Key purpose of the role:
To lead the Enterprise Enablement Services functionprovidingenterprisewide capabilities that enable ASX to execute strategy meet regulatory obligations andoperatemore effectively.The role builds strong enterprise partnerships articulates the value and impact of enablement services and ensures services are understoodadoptedand trusted across ASX balancing mandatory obligations with valueled enablement that draws demand rather than relying on mandate.
Your Team
The Enterprise Customer & Operations team (EC&O) enables ASX to run better. This is through improving customer experiences and interactions delivering simplified processes and services integrated delivery planning and capability and driving consistency of standards.
The Enterprise Enablement (EE) team within EC&O is responsible for providing enterprise capabilities and frameworks that enable and govern change transformation delivery strategy execution customer products data management and process mapping.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the Enterprise Enablement Services portfolio encompassing a diverse set of enterprise capabilities including Group Services Agreement oversight enterprise product enablement AI business strategy and adoption process mappingCOEand ECO data & insights.
- Establish strong trustbased relationships across ASX acting as a senior partner to Lines of Business and corporate functions.
- Build and actively promote the EE Services brand clearly articulating how services support business outcomes regulatoryconfidenceand strategy execution.
- Demonstrate and communicate the valueimpactand benefits of enablement services including where services are mandatory and where they are optional but valueadding.
- Create a pullbased demand model helping leaders understand how and when to engage with enablement services rather than relying solely on prescriptive controls.
- Ensure enablement services are clearly aligned to and actively support the execution of ASX strategy.
- Provide prioritisationdirectionand escalation support across the portfolio removing blockers and enabling teams to deliver effectively. Drive a pragmatic and outcomes focused culture
- Partner with peers across Enterprise Enablement to break down silos drive joinedup ways of working and reduce duplication across enterprise services.
- Represent Enterprise Enablement Services at senior enterprise forums ensuring a seat at the table and strong integration into enterprise decisionmaking.
- Ensureappropriate governance reporting and oversight are in place across services balancing assurance with delivery of value.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvementlearningand collaboration across enablement services.
- Contribute to a collaborative Enterprise Enablement culture by rolemodelling ASX values and actively breaking down silos.
- Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and the ability to coach develop and support others.
- Operate effectively in ambiguous and changing environments managing competing priorities and tradeoffs.
- Demonstrate curiosity and build a deep understanding of the roles function and the broader ASX context.
- Lead with a pragmatic deliveryfocused and riskinformed style balancing pace with proportionate governance and risk management.
- Activelyparticipatein the Enterprise Enablement leadership team aligning priorities and supporting cohesive ways of working.
- Support the GM Enterprise Enablement through strategic counsel issueresolutionand delivery of agreed enterprise priorities.
- Present insights and recommendations at Executive and Boardlevel forums as.
- Prepare highquality Executive and governance papers briefings and updates tailored to audience and governance needs.
- Undertake other activitiesreasonably requiredto support the effective operation of the Enterprise Enablement function.
Your experience and qualifications
Must have
- Tertiary qualification in business management strategy or a related discipline or equivalent senior leadership experience.
- Senior leadership experience leading enterprisewide enablement sharedservicesor capability functions.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibilityinfluenceand strong stakeholder relationships across a complex organisation.
- Proven experience articulating anddemonstratingthe value and impact of enterprise services to senior leaders.
- Experienceoperatingacross diverse service portfolios including both mandatory and discretionary services.
- Strong capability in navigating complex regulated environments balancing assurancecomplianceand business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to break down silos drive enterprisewide collaboration and align teams toward shared outcomes.
- Strong executive presence with experiencerepresentingfunctions in senior enterprise forums.
- Activelyparticipatein the Enterprise Enablement leadership team aligning priorities and supporting cohesive ways of working.
- Input and manage budget
- Experience preparing portfoliolevel reporting for executive or senior governance forums.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services marketinfrastructureor other highly regulated industries.
- Exposure to enterprise functions such as data & analytics process excellence AI adoption productenablementor service oversight.
