The Role

At Cotton On were building a digital experience that inspires customers strengthens brand connection and fuels growth. As we continue to grow our USA business were looking for an exceptional digital leader to accelerate our next chapter.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving ecommerce performance customer growth and digital innovation across the USA market. Youll bring together ecommerce growth marketing customer lifecycle analytics and brand to create seamless customer experiences that drive both acquisition and retention.

Leading a talented team youll shape the digital growth strategy across paid media CRM loyalty digital trading and customer experience while partnering closely with Brand Creative and Merchandise to deliver connected customer journeys and commercial outcomes.

• Proven experience leading ecommerce and digital growth within a retail fashion or consumer brand.
