As Head of Analytics & Insightsyoulllead the strategycapabilityand delivery of analytics across HBF helping senior leaders make smarter data-driven decisions that improve member outcomes and support business growth.

Your day to day
Leading HBFs analytics and insights strategy and roadmap
Partnering with senior stakeholders toidentifyopportunities where data can create value
Delivering meaningful insights reporting and analytics solutions that influence decision-making
Translating complex data into clear recommendations and business outcomes
Building and developing a high-performing analytics team
Driving data literacy and a stronger data-driven culture across HBF
Identifyingopportunities toleverageemerging technologiesautomationand AI
Collaborating across teams to embed analytics into business processesproductsand services

Yourean experienced analytics leader who combines strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen and a passion for developing people.
You know how to turn complex data into compelling stories influence stakeholders and drive meaningful business outcomes.
Whetheryoureshaping strategy presenting insights toexecutivesor mentoring your teamyourecomfortable leading from the front and bringing others on the journey.Youllalsobring:
Proven experience leading analyticsinsightsor data science teamswhile developing capability
Strongexpertisein analytics reportingvisualisationand statistical modelling
Experience with tools such as Python SQL R Tableau or similar
The ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
A passion for innovation continuous improvement andexperienceusing AI for predictive modelling
