As the Head of Ad Platforms and Operations you will lead the advertising platforms technology and operating capabilities for Endeavour Groups retail media business MixIn. 

You will own the strategy governance and evolution of our retail media ecosystem across Dan Murphys BWS and ALH leading ad tech roadmaps vendor partnerships yield optimization and campaign operations to scale the business efficiently.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• Own MixIns platform strategy governance and technology roadmap across its retail media ecosystem including Criteo LiveRamp ROKT Yahoo DSP PlanHub and Mood Media.
• Lead the D&D squad roadmap and priorities ensuring technology delivery is focused on the highest-value commercial and operational outcomes.
• Drive integration across technology data and media platforms to create a connected ecosystem and reduce duplication and manual processes.
• Own pricing strategy establishing the frameworks and guardrails that enable MixIn to maximise the value of its inventory and capabilities.
• Lead revenue utilisation and yield optimisation across MixIns media portfolio identifying opportunities to improve inventory performance and commercial returns.
• Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle from booking through execution reporting billing and post-campaign optimisation.
• Build and lead a high-performing Platform and Operations team with accountability strong capability and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

Now lets talk about you: 

• Proven experience leading technology-enabled operations and commercial performance within retail media digital media ecommerce or a comparable customer-led business.
• Prior experience operating at a Senior Leadership level.
• Experience owning or governing a complex advertising data or technology platform ecosystem.
• Experience leading technology roadmaps and cross-functional technology delivery teams or squads.
• Strong understanding of retail media technology advertising platforms first-party data measurement and workflow automation.
• Demonstrated experience in pricing yield utilisation or revenue optimisation.
• Demonstrated success improving margin and cost to serve through technology automation and process improvement.
