St Patricks College is seeking an experienced and motivated Head Coach and Boatshed Manager to work collaboratively with the Coordinator of Rowing in delivering the Colleges rowing program and overseeing the effective operation of the boatshed and rowing fleet.

The successful applicant will provide high-quality coaching that supports student participation and development while fostering opportunities for performance at an elite schoolboy level. The role also oversees fleet maintenance equipment logistics and operational planning for training intensives and regattas ensuring all activities are conducted safely and efficiently.
