1) Heritage Hotel Sous Chef (Toodyay WA)

Sous Chef required to support the Head Chef and team with daily operations of the kitchen including prep/service of a busy fast paced tavern/pub ensuring consistent standards across all services. Maintaining Food Safety hygiene and workplace safety and supporting the head chef with menu planning stock control ordering and cost management.

Salary: $80K $85K a year.

2) Italian Restaurant Sous/Senior Chef (Leederville WA)

Sous/Senior Chef required for an Italian Bistro previous experience required. Ideal Candidate will have previous experience in traditional Italian dishes and techniques requires to support the Head Chef in leading a small team in prep/service maintaining quality and ensuring smooth daily operations of the kitchen.

Salary: $90K plus Super
