Head Chef

$35.00 base rate as a permanent part-time employee

The Role

Oversee the a la carte dining onsite on part-time basis
This is a retirement village not a residential aged care facility. Doncaster VIC location.
Responsible for stock control budgets rostering staff mentoring training
Liaise with the client and other key stakeholders
Create and maintain nutritional menus with a focus on healthy eating

The Person

Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
Previous kitchen management experience in a similar role
Experience in HACCP food safety and infection control
Police Check holder or be willing to obtain this check
