Handy Person

• Performing daily checks and minor repairs (e.g. fixing leaking taps replacing lightbulbs clearing pathways inspect and clean air conditioning filters clean and maintain pool filters etc.).

• Maintaining guest facilities and lodge equipment (e.g. air-conditioning filter cleaning pool upkeepetc.).

• Supporting scheduled preventive maintenance (e.g. servicing generators inspecting roofing and water heaters conduct pest and termite inspection etc.).

Qualifications :

• 12 years experience in a similar role with understanding of basic plumbing electrical HVAC and general repair work.

• Reliable committed and adaptable to shift work; ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic hospitality environment.

• Good interpersonal skills integrity and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction safety and Accors Heartist values.
