Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across guestrooms and hotel facilities

Manage swimming pool operations including chemistry readings and filter backwashing

Handle electrical tasks including light bulb replacement and Vingcard/Elsafe lock programming

Complete daily and scheduled room inspection checklists

Assist with water treatment chemical monitoring and dosage

Clean and maintain plant rooms to a high standard

Isolate and de-isolate smoke detectors as required

Perform painting and minor finishing tasks

Log and action all work orders through the TRITON works management system

Support the team with any additional maintenance duties as directed

Qualifications :

What you will bring to the role:

A hands-on approach and genuine pride in quality workmanship

Ability to work independently across afternoon and weekend shifts

Strong attention to detail in all tasks large and small

Good communication skills and a collaborative spirit

Comfortable working with chemicals tools and mechanical systems

Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent hands-on experience (preferred)

A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
