THE POSITION
- A strong focus on providing and delivering an excellent customer experience
- Leading training and motivating team members
- Passionate about speciality coffee products and a thirst for knowledge
- Preparing barista made coffees and manage the Cafe area
- Opening and closing procedures manage stock control and inventory staffing and wage costs (prepare rosters assign specific duties)
- Operating POS systems ordering platforms and Microsoft Office
THE PERSON
- Experience in a similar role setting minimum 2 year experience
- A passion for exceptional service with at leading from the front
- A hands-on leader who can jump in and show how it is done
- Encourage a supportive positive and fun workplace for all employees
- Impeccable grooming with a warm and engaging service style
- Relevant hospitality qualifications desirable or equivalent industry experience
