You might have guest it - were looking for our next superstar Supervisor to support the Venue Manager in all things guest this exciting role youll engage and inspire the team to deliver a memorable guest stay. Youll have a knack for creating passion about procedure and motivate your team to meet the ALH standard in our accommodation offerings.

A day in the life of a Guest Services Supervisor:

• Act as a role model and a visionary creating excitement and enthusiasm around the guest experience
• Utilise your communication and leadership skills to inspire and empower your team to achieve ALH standards across guest service cleanliness and presentation
• Promote a culture that is centred around safety and procedural compliance

Qualifications :

About you:

• You are great with people policy and procedure and feel passionate about providing amazing guest experiences
• You know how to deliver on the detail and ability to coach your team to do the same
• You have experience in the retail sales or hospitality leadership world and the desire to be part of an organisation where you can dream big about your career
• Youll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
