Guest Services Attendant

What youll be doing

As a Guest Service Attendant youll:

• Welcome guests on arrival and provide friendly professional service
• Manage checkins and checkouts including bookings and payments
• Answer guest enquiries about the park local area facilities and activities
• Assist with phone and email reservations and general reception duties
• Help guests with any issues and find solutions quickly and calmly
• Provide information about park rules safety and amenities
• Support daytoday reception tasks such as filing data entry and cash handling
• Work closely with other departments (housekeeping maintenance activities) to deliver a smooth guest experience

About you

Youre the kind of person who:

• Loves interacting with people and delivering great customer service
• Is confident using computers and picking up new systems
• Stays calm polite and professional even when things get busy
• Is organised reliable and has good attention to detail
• Can work a mix of weekdays weekends school holidays and public holidays

Ideally youll also have:

• Experience in customer service reception tourism hospitality or similar
• Cash handling and/or booking system experience (front office systems highly regarded)
• Good local knowledge of the ForsterTuncurry area or willingness to learn
