As a Guest Service Agent you will be the face of our luxury hotel delivering warm personalised service and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and exceptional stay. What Youll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in through to departure.
• Promote and enrol guests into Accors award-winning ALL loyalty program.
• Respond to guest enquiries via phone email and in person with professionalism and care.
• Manage room allocations process payments and issue room keys accurately.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping Concierge and other departments to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
• Conduct room tours and support sales initiatives when required.
• Maintain impeccable presentation of the front desk and lobby areas.
• Uphold luxury brand standards and create memorable guest interactions at every opportunity.

Qualifications :

About You
You are a polished service-driven professional who takes pride in creating outstanding guest experiences. You bring:

• Previous customer service experience ideally within a hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong computer literacy with Opera PMS experience highly regarded.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and personalised service.
• Knowledge of Accors ALL loyalty program (advantageous).
• Familiarity with Manly and Sydneys Northern Beaches to confidently share local recommendations.
• Immaculate personal presentation aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is essential
• Valid Australian Working Rights / Visa is essential
