A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:

• Act as the face of the gaming room by greeting regular guests by name delivering high-touch host service and keeping room atmosphere energetic and welcoming.
• Lead and coach a team of floor hosts to deliver fast payout execution room presentation and attentive service.
• Manage daily gaming room trade oversee machine performance handle cash balancing and enforce strict Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) standards.
• Partner with the Venue Manager to optimize gaming layout run promotions and analyze room trends.

What were looking for:

• Exceptional people skills with a natural ability to connect with guests remember regulars and create a warm premium environment.
• Proven supervisory or floor leadership experience customer service.
• Strong attention to detail reliability with cash handling and pride in maintaining high room standards.
• Current QLD RSA & RSG - Not to worry we will cover these if you dont have them yet!

Inherent requirements: This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
