Job Summary
About the Role
As a Group Reservations Agent you will be the primary point of contact for coordinating managing and executing group bookingsfrom corporate conferences and weddings to tour groups and special events. Youll ensure every detail is handled with precision delivering a flawless experience from inquiry through to arrival.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate group reservations from initial enquiry through to departure
- Liaise with sales front office and events teams to ensure smooth execution
- Input and maintain accurate booking data in reservation systems
- Monitor room allocations rates contracts and cut-off dates
- Prepare rooming lists reports and group arrivals
- Handle special requests changes and last-minute adjustments professionally
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients agents and internal stakeholders
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- Previous experience in hotel reservations front desk or events coordination
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously
- Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (Opera Cloud experience highly regarded)
- Group block management
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest service
