Find your balance and join our Grounds and Maintenance team at NRMA Treasure Island Resort where palm trees poolside laughs and happy holidaymakers are all part of the job! No two days are ever the same in our sun-soaked paradise.

This is a full-time permanent position with shifts set across Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm.

What Youll Do

• Keep our lush grounds and fabulous resort facilities looking picture-perfect
• Be the friendly face helping guests with minor maintenance repairs across caravan and camping sites cabins amenities and more
• Dive into pool maintenance
• Get your hands dirty with gardening projects basic mechanical repairs and a splash of paintingno two tasks are ever the same!
• Bring the holiday magic by ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our guests can focus on fun

What Youll Bring

• Experience in grounds and basic maintenance work. Were really after a genuine all-rounder with a can-do attitude
• Experience in Pool upkeep and maintenance
• Previous experience with ride-on & push mowers pruning hedging landscaping and weed control will make you a star
• A knack for safe working procedures and basic hygiene requirements
• The ability to work unsupervised and a hands-on work history.  Youre not afraid to get stuck in!
• Hardworking energetic and enthusiastic with a high level of physical fitness (this is a physically demanding role
