Job Summary
Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced shutdown personnel for upcoming FIFO shutdown opportunities at GRM Riverside CHPP.
We are looking for experienced:
- Mechanical Fitters
- Boilermakers
- Riggers
Candidates must have previous shutdown and CHPP experience and be capable of working safely within fast-paced mining environments.
Duties may include:
- Shutdown maintenance
- Fixed plant maintenance
- Mechanical repairs
- Structural repairs and fabrication
- Rigging and lifting operations
- Assisting trades and maintenance crews
- Working within shutdown teams
- Following site safety procedures and shutdown schedules
Project Details:
- FIFO shutdown work
- Camp accommodation provided

- 12-hour shifts
- Day and night shift work
- Shutdown roster
- Mining environment
Requirements
Requirements
- Previous CHPP or mining shutdown experience preferred
- Relevant trade qualifications/tickets
- Current Working at Heights
- Current Confined Space
- Current Gas Test Atmospheres
- Ability to pass medical and D&A
- Strong safety awareness
- Ability to work long shutdown shifts
- VOCs and site-based experience preferred
- Ability to work within shutdown crews and maintenance teams
- SARC Training
