Job Summary
About the roleÂ
We are seeking a Greyhound Integrity Administration Officer to provide operational support to the Chief Steward and Integrity team. This is a hands-on role ensuring the timely coordination of race day documentation inquiry processes and integrity records whilst also supporting greyhound welfare and integrity functions.Â
Other key responsibilities include:Â
Provide administrative support to the Chief Steward Greyhounds and Integrity team Â
Coordinate race day documentation including Stewards reports and correspondence Â
Enter and maintain integrity data including swabs penalties and statistics Â
Prepare inquiry documentation transcripts and reporting outputs Â
Monitor phones and emails responding to stakeholder enquiriesÂ
Support operational activities including travel rostering accounts and race day readinessÂ
Qualifications :
About youÂ
You are an organized and detail-focused administrator with strong communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive information with accuracy and discretion.Â
You will bring:Â
Experience in an administrative or office support role Â
Strong data entry reporting and document management capability Â
Basic accounting knowledge (invoicing debtors/creditors)Â Â
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills Â
High level of attention to detail and accuracy Â
Strong problem solving and organisational skills Â
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel Outlook)Â Â
Knowledge of the racing industry (desirable)Â
