Graduate Teacher
Job Summary
As a Senior School Graduate Teacher you will teach students across Years 712 while working collaboratively with experienced colleagues and Heads of Department to deliver high-quality learning experiences that promote student engagement wellbeing and achievement.
The successful applicant will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the Australian Curriculum and school programs.
- Develop positive and supportive relationships with students families and colleagues.
- Foster inclusive learning environments that support the academic social and emotional development of every student.
- Participate actively in mentoring observation and feedback processes to strengthen teaching practice.
- Contribute to the broader life of the School through co-curricular programs events and community activities.
You are passionate about teaching committed to professional growth and eager to make a positive contribution to student learning and wellbeing.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated ability or strong capability to teach a secondary subject area across Years 712 including VCE.
- Relevant teaching qualifications and current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration or eligibility to obtain registration.
- Strong communication collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- A commitment to evidence-informed teaching practice and ongoing professional development.
- A genuine commitment to student wellbeing inclusion and child safety.
