Join the St Vincents Private Hospital Sydney Graduate Nursing Program and gain the skills confidence and support needed to thrive as a nurse. Through structured education dedicated clinical support and exposure to a diverse range of specialties youll build a strong foundation for a rewarding nursing career. We offer clinical opportunities in the following streams:
- Medical and Surgical Nursing
- Perioperative Nursing (Anaesthetics Recovery and Scrub/Scout)
- Intensive Care Nursing (12-month dedicated RN stream)
- Young Adult Mental Health (combined with Medical/Surgical rotation)
The 12-month program offers flexible work arrangements with both full-time (5 days/week) and part-time (4 days/week) options available.

About you
You must have completed a Bachelor of Nursing or Diploma of Nursing within the last 12 months or are due to complete and gain AHPRA registration prior to commencing the program on 1st February 2027.
Your skills will include:
- Registered Nurse / Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA registration.
- Computer literacy and understanding of relevant information systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work within the interdisciplinary team.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands in a complex environment.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent clinical care and continued professional development.
