Youll be involved in
- Project Support: Assisting the team to ensure successful outcomes across scheduling time management invoices and more
- Coordination: With multiple disciplines including rail systems disciplines and working in conjunction with project managers to help complete assigned tasks.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
- Problem Solving: Identify and solve problems across projects to improve processes and the quality of project outcomes
Qualifications :
What do we need from you
- Tertiary degree in Engineering Management or Finance
- Available to start February 2027
- Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia
- Please note this position is not open to applicants outside of Australia

- Genuine interest in rail transit infrastructure and project management
- Confident to problem solve and speak up
- Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Open to trying and learning new areas
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and organised with ability to prioritise
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Prior experience in a coordination role is preferred
