We offer graduate opportunities across our offices in Rockhampton Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast giving graduates the chance to work on diverse infrastructure projects while building their careers in supportive collaborative teams.

Our structured rotations expose graduates to Infrastructure Planning & Advisory Infrastructure Delivery and Engineering Services helping you build broad technical commercial and project capability early in your career.

Every graduate is paired with a mentor outside of their direct manager tohelp guide professional development build networks and support long-termcareer growth.

Through technical workshops lunch-and-learns professional developmentinitiatives and collaborative graduate forums youll continue building bothtechnical and leadership capability.

The G2A Program is designed to support your progression from Graduate toAssociate within approximately two years setting the foundation for long-termcareer advancement within Hartecs.

To be considered for the Hartecs Graduate Program applicants must:

• Hold or be completing a Bachelor of Civil Engineering
• Have graduated within the last two years or be due to graduate by the end of 2026
• Have full working rights in Australia
