Every graduate is paired with a mentor outside of their direct manager tohelp guide professional development build networks and support long-termcareer growth.

The G2A Program is designed to support your progression from Graduate toAssociate within approximately two years setting the foundation for long-termcareer advancement within Hartecs.

To be considered for the Hartecs Graduate Program applicants must:
- Hold or be completing a Bachelor of Civil Engineering
- Have graduated within the last two years or be due to graduate by the end of 2026
- Have full working rights in Australia
