The Opportunity

Black Cat Civil has a Full-Time position for a Graduate Engineer to join our Projects division.

The successful candidate will be exposed to civil infrastructure and maintenance in mining and construction environments whilst also being exposed to a range of operational management activities. The successful candidate should have previous Australian civil experience.

The role will be based out of Cairns with Fly in Fly out & Drive in Drive out options on a 2 weeks on and 1 week off roster.

Key responsibilities include:

As this is an entry level position in our industry the role will largely support our management team across a range of operational activities including but not limited to:

Procurement construction materials and consumables

Construction administration i.e. timesheets setting up and closing jobs

Supporting Management team

Quoting new work

Exposure to construction methodologies

Degree qualified Civil engineer.

Any previous undergraduate experience will be highly regarded.
