Our two-year Graduate Program gives you real business experience from day one with structured rotations tailored development mentoring and exposure to leaders across one of Australias fastest growing energy organisations.

Work on projects that support customers communities and the energy transition.

• Build broad experience across finance strategy regulation policy governance and operations.
• Learn from experienced leaders and subject matter experts who will mentor coach and challenge you.
• Develop practical skills in analysis communication stakeholder engagement and problem solving.

As a Corporate Graduate youll rotate through different teams and contribute to meaningful work that helps Endeavour Energy plan invest operate and grow for the future.

• Gain exposure to financial and regulatory frameworks underpinning a large regulated business
• Develop financial models to analyse business performance and future scenarios
• Help turn complex financial and regulatory requirements into insights that support decision making across the organisation
• Research market trends policy changes emerging risks and growth opportunities.
• Analyse data and turn insights into clear recommendations.
• Contribute to regulatory sustainability customer and enterprise initiatives.
• Prepare materials for senior leaders governance forums and cross-functional teams.
• Build your understanding of safety operational risk and how corporate decisions impact the network.

To be eligible for the 2027 Graduate Program youll have:

• Completed your degree or be on track to complete it in 2026 in a commerce finance economics business public policy politics law PPE (Philosophy Politics and Economic)s or related discipline.
• Achieved a minimum credit average or equivalent.
• Australian working rights by the program commencement date.
• A current drivers licence preferred for some field-based rotations.

• A structured two-year rotation program that builds broad business capability.
• Tailored learning and development aligned to your rotations.
• Mentoring and coaching from experienced specialists and leaders.
• Exposure to infrastructure decarbonisation renewable integration and customer energy solutions.
