Role description
Reporting to the Head of Philanthropic Giving the Giving Administratoris responsible forsupportinginternal stakeholders and charities. This includes researching charities managing high volume communication with charities and the philanthropic communitymaintainingand improving the internal database and supporting the giving team with a wide variety of administrative role is suitable forsomeone withexceptional administrative and database management skillsand an interest in understanding and cultivating relationships with a wide range of charities and provides a work environment that supports on the job learning and professional development.
Whatyoullbring
- Provenadministrativeexpertise:Demonstratedexperience in a fast-paced administrative role ideally in a non-profit orphilanthropicenvironment.
- Databasemastery:proficiencyinCRMdatabase management (ideally Salesforce) and experience with data entry reporting and analysis.
- Exceptionalorganisationalskills: A meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Relationshipbuildingacumen: A genuine interest in fostering positive relationships withcharitiesand colleagues.
- Strongcommunicationskills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
