Who could you be at GHD

Our Structural and Project Management teams are looking for graduates based in Geelong to join our 2027 Graduate cohort commencing in February 2027.

As a Graduate in our Structural team you will:

• Support with the design and analysis of building and infrastructure structures using engineering principles and industry software
• Assist in the preparation of structural calculations drawings technical documentation and design reports
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe sustainable and client-focused project outcomes

• Have graduated (or will finish your studies by end-2026) in Civil or Structural Engineering with an interest in the build environment.

As a Graduate in our Project Management team you will:

• Assist with the delivery of building and infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle
• Support activities such as project programming contract administration cost control and procurement
• Contribute to stakeholder engagement reporting and coordination across project teams
• Have graduated (or will finish your studies by end-2026) in Civil Engineering with an interest in Project Management. Also open to studies in any other Engineering disciplines Architecture and Project Management.
