About the role
Provide end-to-end administrative and reception support for the Clinical Genomics Department ensuring smooth daily operations across clinics and services
Coordinate multidisciplinary clinic scheduling patient appointments and staff calendars supporting efficient and timely patient care delivery
Maintain and manage clinical systems databases and patient records with a high level of accuracy confidentiality and compliance
Handle sensitive genetic information with discretion while delivering professional compassionate communication with patients families and clinical teams
Support billing processes invoice management meeting coordination and preparation of reports documentation and departmental business materials
About you
Proven experience providing high-level administrative and reception support in a clinical or healthcare environment ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary clinic schedules patient appointments and staff calendars with excellent attention to detail and time management
Highly skilled in managing clinical systems databases and patient records maintaining accuracy confidentiality and compliance always
Demonstrated professionalism in handling sensitive information with clear compassionate communication with patients families and multidisciplinary teams
Proactive and organised with experience supporting billing invoicing meetings reporting and a commitment to improving processes quality assurance and ongoing professional development
