General Manager WA & NT
Job Summary
Reporting to the Executive General Manager the General Manager WA & NT will provide strategic commercial and operational leadership across the region ensuring exceptional customer experiences sustainable business growth and a high-performing culture.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing regional growth strategies aligned with national business objectives
- Driving revenue profitability and operational performance across WA and NT
- Building and strengthening strategic relationships with customers consultants and industry stakeholders
- Leading business development initiatives that expand market share and service utilisation
- Championing innovation continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Ensuring high standards of governance compliance quality and risk management
- Recruiting engaging and retaining a strong network of medical specialists and consultants
- Leading coaching and developing a high-performing leadership team and broader workforce
- Representing mlcoa across the market through customer engagement industry events and professional networks
- Work collaboratively across mlcoa and MedHealth to identify opportunities for growth innovation and operational excellence while ensuring the business remains responsive to changing customer market and industry needs.

Qualifications :
To succeed in this role you will bring:
- Significant senior leadership experience within healthcare insurance rehabilitation professional services or another complex service-based environment.
- A proven track record of developing and executing business strategies that deliver sustainable growth profitability and operational excellence.
- Strong commercial acumen including responsibility for budgets financial performance business planning and key performance outcomes.
- Demonstrated success building and maintaining strategic relationships with customers partners and key stakeholders.
- An engaging and inspirational leadership style with experience leading high-performing teams through growth and change.
- Experience driving innovation continuous improvement and organisational transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional communication influencing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to represent the business at an executive level.
- Strong knowledge of governance risk and compliance within a regulated or professional services environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business health management or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
