General Manager Service

About the Role

The primary function of the role is to consistently manage TMHA service framework and provide TMHA operations function across TMHA with required quality service parts fleet management product engineering and technical training support.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee TMHA Service Operations function including providing well considered advice and resolution of complex service issues.
• Ensure TMHA and TMHI Warranty and Service policies are followed.
• Oversee and coordinate TMHA Service Warranty activities across TMHA including coordination of special parts and service campaigns.
• Develop and implement TMHA technical training strategy to ensure that TMHA service & parts employees are provided with all require product skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
• Manage TMHA technical training function including the development and implementation of training plans and the execution of technical training using various financially responsible delivery methods

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering Business Administration Management or other similar areas (desired)
• Strong technical/engineering/operations background
• Strong management experience with exposure to multidimensional operation issues
• Solid budgeting and cost control expertise
• Strong system knowledge accompanied by strong analytical skills
• Experience in writing reports for senior management including TICO
