General Manager Service Delivery
Job Summary
Were seeking an experienced General Manager - Service Delivery to lead operational performance across our Employment Services division.
Reporting to the Divisional Executive General Manager youll drive strategic performance lead a team of Senior Operations Managers oversee commercial outcomes and build strong relationships with government stakeholders. Youll play a key role in ensuring exceptional participant outcomes while delivering on contractual quality and financial objectives.
What Youll Be Doing
- Leading national service delivery across our IEA and WFA contract
- Driving contractual compliance and quality outcomes
- Delivery exceptional service to our clients
- Developing and leading high-performing teams
- Building strong relationships with government and key stakeholders
- Managing divisional budgets growth and profitability
- Supporting innovation transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications :
Youll bring:
- Significant leadership experience in Employment Services
- Strong commercial and operational management capability
- Proven success leading large geographically dispersed teams
- Experience managing government-funded contracts and performance frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- A passion for developing people and delivering meaningful client outcomes
- Ability to lead inspire and engage a large team of 1000 team members nationally
