General Manager Retail Sales & Operations (e&s)

We have a fantastic senior leadership opportunity to join e&s as General Manager - Retail Sales & Operations where you will actively drive lead and shape an engaged team and sales focused culture which achieves profitable sales growth.

• Drive consistent delivery of profitable sales and financial results to budget ensuring the effective management of inventory and controllable expenses
• Ensure the delivery of consistent and positive store and channel experience across all territories
• Establish appropriate governance and management controls to ensure store activities comply with core policy and legislation
• Establish appropriate management controls and oversight to ensure brand image is upheld to the highest standard for all stores
• Embed consistent frameworks to identify and develop top talent to meet the Companys medium and long-term resourcing requirements
• Build maintain and encourage working relationships which support the achievement of Company objectives
• Enhance store operations through simplified processes and a focus on efficiency.

Qualifications :

• Proactive solutions focussed and flexible approach 
• Effective time management to prioritise and follow through on competing demands
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with the ability to drive continuous improvement and collaboration
• Demonstrated senior leadership experience with a proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
• Extensive experience in driving retail success through sales service standards merchandising and inventory management
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a focus on achieving results and growing the business
• Demonstrated project coordination and change management experience
