ABOUT THE ROLE

Were looking for a detail-driven and technically strong Garment Technician to join our Factorie team.

In this role youll bring product to life through best-in-class fit construction and quality partnering with Design Buying and suppliers to deliver consistent fit-for-purpose product that meets our brand standards.

Youll play a key role in ensuring every style is executed with precision combining technical expertise with commercial understanding to support strong product outcomes.

You will:

• Lead fit sessions providing expert direction on fit construction and garment balance
• Own fit comments specifications and technical documentation across development
• Build and maintain block libraries ensuring consistency of fit across categories
• Partner with Design to support product development and advise on fit and construction
• Work closely with suppliers to communicate technical requirements and ensure accurate execution
• Support fabric and trim decisions to ensure product is fit for purpose
• Drive continuous improvement in fit quality and product performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design Buying Production and Quality teams

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in a Garment Technician role or similar technical position
• Strong knowledge of garment construction fit principles and garment measurement
• Deep understanding of fabrics fibres and material performance
• Experience working with offshore suppliers to deliver quality outcomes
• High attention to detail and accuracy across all stages of development
• Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration across Design Buying Production and Quality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Adobe/CAD highly regarded)
• Strong initiative with commercial awareness and a passion for product
