Gardening and Mowing Team Leader

Green by Nature is looking for a hands-on Team Leader and horticultural all-rounder to join our growing Northern Rivers operations

Working across Byron Bay Lismore Tweed Heads and surrounding areas youll be responsible for maintaining a variety of gardens lawns and green spaces while building strong relationships with clients and the wider team

This role is suited to a self-starter who enjoys variety and can confidently work across gardening mowing and general horticultural maintenance. Strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of your work are essential

• General gardening mowing and horticultural maintenance
• Operating push mowers ride-ons brushcutters and other equipment
• Hedging pruning planting mulching turf and weed control
• General irrigation and garden maintenance
• Planning and managing your daily workload
• Communicating with clients and internal teams
• Ensuring sites are maintained safely and to a high standard
• Supporting the continued growth of our Northern Rivers operations

• Monday to Friday with early starts and early finishes - Opportunity for a 4 day work week

• Strong experience across gardening mowing and horticulture
• Confident operating commercial mowing and gardening equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Current Manual Drivers Licence essential
• White Card essential
• Team Leader experience highly regarded
• ACDC/ChemCert EWP Working at Heights and Working with Children Check highly regarded
