What youll bring

To thrive in this role you will demonstrate:

• A commitment to sustainable gardening practices applying environmentally responsible methods that align with organisational sustainability goals.
• Strong horticultural and gardenmaintenance skills including maintaining garden beds pruning planting spraying weeding and mulching.
• Sound knowledge of plants turf pests weeds and diseases enabling effective care and problemsolving across diverse garden environments.
• Competence in operating handheld and rideon machinery ensuring safe and efficient use of equipment.
• Strong timemanagement organisational and communication abilities with the capacity to adapt quickly and resolve issues effectively.
• A compassionate flexible and positive attitude contributing to a respectful and supportive workplace culture.
• Ability to build positive respectful relationships and actively support a collaborative team environment.
• Previous maintenance experience with trade qualifications preferred but not essential.
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team demonstrating initiative reliability and accountability.

You will also be required to provide evidence of or in the process of obtaining:

A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
Current Drivers Licence
