About the role

• Lead and manage the GambleAware SES partnership on behalf of SVHS including coordination with subcontracted service providers and relevant governance structures

• Oversee service delivery for problem gambling treatment ensuring evidence-based psychological assessment therapy provision and appropriate client pathway allocation across services

• Provide operational workforce and service management leadership including oversight of intake processes clinical governance and human resource requirements

• Manage reporting compliance and funding obligations including budgets activity monitoring variance management and reporting to the Office of Responsible Gambling and other stakeholders

• Drive service evaluation continuous improvement and quality systems including data collection research coordination feedback and complaints management and communication/engagement planning

• Lead stakeholder engagement and representation including participation in operational/steering committees external forums and communication with partner agencies and government bodies

About you

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in health or management and management experience with proven change management and leadershipexpertise

• Demonstrated ability to influence and manage changeleadand motivate staff and stakeholders including an ability to form effective working relationships with organisations Executives clinicians and external partners

• Demonstratedhigh levelorganisational time management and planning skills including the ability to manage conflicting priorities and complete several tasks concurrentlymaintainingattention to detail and meeting deadlines

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomouslymakeand enact decisions for the benefit of relevant projects/programs and to be self-motivated to ensure thetimelydelivery of the projects/programs outcomes
