To be a Starbucks Store Manager

Wed love to hear from people with:

• Three years of progressive responsibility related experience including one year of supervisory experience
• Strong organisational interpersonal and problem solving skills
• The ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners
• Previous experience in store leadership roles ideally within the hospitality or quick service restaurant sector
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance
• Exposure to rostering budgets and profit & loss (P&L) reports
