We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Room Leader to join our team at Mini Masterminds Leichhardt (32-place centre).

About the Role
As Room Leader you will lead your classroom team to deliver high-quality education and care while creating a safe engaging and nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will mentor educators support childrens learning and development and work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team to maintain the highest standards of education and care.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor educators within your room through on-the-floor guidance and support
Plan implement and evaluate engaging educational programs aligned with the EYLF
Foster a safe inclusive and stimulating learning environment
Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues
Support childrens learning development and wellbeing through meaningful interactions
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) National Quality Standards (NQS) and all relevant legislation
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and centre-wide goals
Promote a positive collaborative and professional team culture

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
Previous Room Leader or leadership experience within an Early Childhood Education setting
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
Current Child Protection training/certificate
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Excellent communication organisational and leadership skills
A genuine passion for mentoring educators and delivering high-quality education and care
