The Integration & Automation team delivers standalone tools used across the business and wires them into the enterprise systems that keep SCA running - making this role central to SCAs strategy of using technology and AI to operate more efficiently and innovate faster. where your success is at the heart of everything we do!The purpose of the Full-stack Developer role is to design build and ship full stack applications and AI agent systems within the Integration & Automation team in SCA Technology. The role spans greenfield product work and integrations into SCAs enterprise platforms with a particular focus on extending the teams existing investment in AI-assisted development and agentic systems in does your day to day look likePartner closely with business stakeholders and end users to understand workflows identify highimpact problems and shape practical solutions before writing build and deliver endtoend fullstack applications covering frontend backend data models and deployment across both greenfield builds and enterprise and implement AI agent systems including tool use memory MCP servers humanintheloop workflows evaluation frameworks and the supporting infrastructure (auth observability guardrails and audit trails).Integrate solutions with broadcast and business platforms including sales systems Azurehosted services and thirdparty SaaS via APIs and AIassisted development as a core capability by coaching nontechnical builders providing code review and contributing to the teams community of practice around effective and responsible AI youll need:Strong communicator who enjoys working directly with users to understand needs and shape solutions.2 years experience in fullstack development with depth in at least one area; strong skills in TypeScript/JavaScript C# or Python (Azure experience a plus).Handson experience building with LLMs beyond basic API use including agentic systems tool use context management and failure integrating with enterprise platforms including authentication flows APIs and and deliveryfocused balancing discovery with rapid iteration; bonus experience in media/broadcast containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes) RAG/vector databases Azure automation or opensource AI us sweeten the deal!9 Day fortnight trial to support your work life balanceTraining and development opportunities to help you grow in your careerWellbeing Perks Extra leave for your birthday and volunteering plus free and discounted concert and footy tickets.
