Were looking for an experienced and compassionate Frontline Support Specialist to join our Accommodation Services team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where youll deliver high-quality person-centred support to people with complex and high-intensity needs while coaching mentoring and leading frontline teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.
Youll support participants to achieve their individual goals promote independence build strong relationships with families and stakeholders and champion best practice across our services.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver person-centred support tailored to each participants goals and needs.
Implement support plans behaviour support strategies and complex care requirements.
Coach mentor and support team members leading by example.
Promote quality consistency and best practice across service delivery.
Build positive relationships with participants families and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
Support medication administration health needs and appointments.
Respond confidently to behaviours of concern and crisis situations.
Maintain accurate timely and NDIS-compliant documentation.
Skills and Experience
Essential
Experience supporting people with complex or high-intensity support needs.
Strong understanding of person-centred practice active support and positive behaviour support.
Experience implementing behaviour support plans.
Demonstrated leadership through coaching mentoring or supporting colleagues.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently make sound decisions and lead by example.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Desirable
Experience contributing to complex care planning or multidisciplinary reviews.
Knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards and High Intensity Support Skills Descriptors.
Previous experience in a senior support or informal leadership role.
