Step into a key leadership role at Elysia Wellness Retreat where youll support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations guiding a high-performing team and shaping a guest journey defined by care calm and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in the daily leadership of the Front Office team to deliver warm seamless guest service from arrival to departure.
- Creating a welcoming environment that aligns with the retreats values of wellbeing and genuine care.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to grow their skills confidence and service delivery.
- Handling guest feedback with empathy and professionalism ensuring quick and thoughtful resolutions.
- Overseeing front office operations including bookings reporting and daily procedures.
Shift Details (subject to change):
- Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
- Shift times scheduled within 7:00am to 11:00pm
- Immediate start available
Qualifications :
To be successful you will require the following experience:
- 2 years experience in a front office or guest-facing role ideally with supervisory responsibilities.
- A natural leader with strong people skills and a supportive team-first mindset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills complemented by a calm and professional presence.
- A guest-first approach and passion for delivering meaningful personalised service.
- Experience with front office systems and knowledge of trust accounting processes.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
- An interest in health wellness or spa environments is highly regarded.
