We currently have an opportunity for aFront Office Receptionist& Guest Experience Host to join our vibrant Front Office Team. As a Front Office Receptionist you play a vital role in maintaining seamless and exceptional guest experiences from start to finish ensuring our esteemed Members and Guests enjoy a truly memorable stay with us.Casual and part time position available.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• Demonstrated experience within eitherFront Office Reservationsor withgeneral administration.
• High attention to detailwithexceptionalverbal and writtencommunicationskills.
• A passion forproviding exceptional customer serviceand creating memorable moments.
• A demonstrated commitment tobe part of a positive and supportive team.
• Experience within theHospitality and/or Tourism industryadvantageous.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule from 7:00AM to 9:00PM including nights weekends public and school holidays.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Providefriendly courteous and professional servicesto all guests.
• Manage the guest room inventory and accountsefficiently adhering to Hotel Procedures.
• Attend tocheck-in and check-outof guests in a professional manner.
• Liaise with other departmentsincluding Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist guests withgeneral enquiresand provideshare your local knowledgeto provide personalised recommendations & insights.

• Assist in the tour generation process to ensure that prospects meet the Companys tour qualification specifications
