Position
Join the Languages faculty at the Maddingley Campus in a full-time ongoing role commencing in Term 3 2026. You will teach French across Years 5-10 with the opportunity to extend into VCE for the right candidate. This is an opportunity to contribute to a supportive and well-resourced school community while helping students build confidence curiosity and a cultural understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality French lessons across Years 5-10 aligned to curriculum standards;
- Design engaging and inclusive learning experiences for a range of student abilities;
- Monitor assess and report on student progress and achievement;
- Foster students interest in French language and culture;
- Contribute to faculty planning and the broader school community.
Key Selection Criteria
- Appropriate teaching qualifications in French;
- Current VIT registration or eligibility to obtain registration prior to commencement;
- Demonstrated capacity to teach French across Years 510.
- VCE teaching capability highly regarded;
- Commitment to child safety and inclusive classroom practice.
