CrewSELECT is seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters for ongoing work across major Perth civil construction projects including the Midland Rail Project Rockingham Naval Base (Garden Island) and Butler.
This is a hands-on structural formwork role suited to candidates with proven civil construction experiencenot joinery experience.
- $48/hr penalties and allowances
- 10-hour days Monday to Friday
- 50 hours per week guaranteed
- Potential Saturday work available
- Ongoing work across major Perth civil projects
- Opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time role
- $19 meal allowance after 1.5 hours overtime
- $21.94 daily travel allowance
- $39.60 weekly tool allowance
- Midland Rail Project: Current RIW Card or Rail Industry Clearance required/preferred. Training assistance may be available for suitable candidates.
- Rockingham Naval Base Garden Island: Current National Police Clearance issued within the past 30 days is required Or DCAC card and clearance.
- Butler Project: Ongoing civil formwork opportunities available.
You will complete structural formwork including retaining walls columns stairs and suspended slabs as well as setting out erecting and stripping formwork in line with site plans and safety requirements.
- Proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter
- Civil construction experience; mining backgrounds also considered
- Strong structural formwork capability
- Current White Card
- Own battery drill and basic hand tools
- Own boots and long-sleeve PPE
- Reliable physically fit and safety-focused
- Able to communicate effectively and follow site instructions
- Machinery tickets highly regarded
