Why Youll Love This Role:

Our Sydney Depot is one of our busiest transport hubs. Were looking for experienced Forklift Driver to join the team on a casual basis.

  • Safely operate forklifts to load unload and move palletised freight within the depot

  • Load and unload trailers and containers efficiently and safely

  • Stage sort and scan freight ready for dispatch and delivery

  • Complete pre-start forklift inspections and report any faults or maintenance requirements

  • Accurately handle freight while minimising damage and ensuring load stability

  • Follow safe work procedures chain of responsibility requirements and company policies

  • Assist with freight receivals inventory control and general warehouse duties

  • Work closely with drivers warehouse staff and operations teams to ensure on-time freight movements

  • Maintain a clean organised and safe work environment

  • Deliver high standards of safety accuracy and customer service in all daily operations

What Youll Bring:

  • Current High Risk Work Licence LF (Forklift Licence) (essential)

  • Demonstrated experience operating forklifts within a freight transport warehouse or logistics environment

  • Experience loading and unloading palletised freight safely and efficiently

  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company procedures

  • Ability to accurately handle stack and move freight while minimising damage

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities

  • Confidence using scanners warehouse management systems (WMS) or freight systems (desirable)

  • A reliable professional attitude with a strong work ethic

  • Previous experience in general freight transport or logistics operations (highly regarded)

  • Freezer experience highly regarded but not essential.
