Food & Beverage Supervisor Lobby Lounge

The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne is seeking a dedicated and passionate F&B Supervisor to support in the daily operations of The Ritz-Carlton Lobby Lounge on a Full-Time basis. This role is perfect for an individual who excels in a luxury environment collaboratively ensuring that the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction are consistently met. You will assist F&B Management in overseeing shift operations supervising employees and maintaining inventory controls and achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support F&B Management in managing daily operations of The Ritz-Carlton Lobby Lounge ensuring smooth and efficient service across shifts.

• Assist in leading training and motivating the lounge team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Help implement strategies to enhance revenue and guest engagement under the guidance of F&B Management.

• Ensure compliance with local state and federal beverage and liquor regulations.

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in collaboration with F&B Management ensuring positive outcomes.

• Work closely with the culinary team to assist in developing and promoting food and beverage pairings.

• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment supporting teamwork and professional growth.

• Assist in onboarding and training new team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.

About You:

• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and public holidays as required.

• Full-time working rights required.

• RSA Certificate required.

• Experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel is highly desirable.

• Strong teamwork skills

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining luxury service excellence and attention to detail.

• A passion for hospitality and delivering high-quality service.
