• Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee daily Food & Beverage operations guide and support the team and consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience leading and developing Food & Beverage teams to achieve operational and service excellence.
• Flexible and adaptable with availability to work a rotating roster including evenings weekends and public holidays.
• Sound understanding of the local dining and hospitality market with experience leveraging marketing initiatives to drive guest engagement and business performance.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with the capability to efficiently manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining consistently high standards of service and presentation.
