Job Summary

F&B Supervisor 

  • Assist in the smooth operation of the F&B department 
  • Create a seamless dining experience for our guests making everyone feel welcomed and valued 
  • Animate the restaurant and bar to make it fun unique and an enjoyable experience for all guests through creative activations and events
  • The ability to coordinate and manage the day-to-day F&B operations whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience every guest every interaction every day
  • Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams. Your lead-by-example approach will be infectious

Bar Attendant

  • Shake stir pour and serve drinks with flair - keeping service upbeat smooth and perfect 
  • Keep the bar looking its best - clean organised stocked and always inviting
  • Bring flair passion and charisma each and every day 
  • Cultivate an enthusiasm for constructing delectable cocktails whilst staying current with the latest trends in mixology

F&B Attendant

  • Assist with day-to-day operations with the guests in the restaurant 
  • Ensure professional and friendly service is provided to all guests in each interaction
  • Clear and reset tables and ensure service areas are clean and tidy
  • The confidence to explain our menu to guests with gusto assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences and providing enthusiastic assistance when recommending wine and beverages.
  • Anticipate guest needs and create unforgettable dining experiences 
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their dining needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area including clearing and resetting tables
  • Assist with event setups and functions in the conference suites and restaurant 

Qualifications :

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience
  • Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
  • The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts including early mornings late evenings and weekends
  • Great communication skills presentation and confidence to engage with guests
  • A passion for maximising sales opportunities by upselling items
  • A calm nature in the midst of a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with the ability to assist in all areas of F&B operations during peak times
